We offer over 90 classes every week and whether you prefer flow, bikram, high-intensity or relaxation you’ll find a class that suits your individual goals. You’ll learn something new from our amazing instructors, and connect with other like-minded students. Our goal is for you to leave our studio feeling even better than when you came in – strong, vibrant and balanced.

Yoga Practice

BIKRAM METHOD 
THE ORIGINAL HOT YOGA

90, 75, or 60 minutes
all levels welcome. beginner friendly.

The traditional hot yoga sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a hot room.  Popular world-wide, this highly therapeutic class is practiced by celebrities, athletes, and millions of people of all shapes and sizes. This class is challenging, but highly effective and ideal for all levels.  Beginners are always welcome.

BUTI YOGA

45 or 60 minutes
women only.

A 60-minute beginner's class; BUTI's signature movements fuse yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics. Derived from the Marathi word “buti,” meaning “the cure to something hidden or kept secret,” our goal is to guide students through movement and wellness that supports the spirit, transforming lives from the inside-out.

VINYASA YOGA

60 minutes
all levels welcome. beginner friendly.

A beginner's class designed for all levels, our Vinyasa Power Hour is an exploration of asana, pranayama, bandha, and meditation. This fun flow with music, cultivates prana through mindful vinyasa. Our intention is for students to leave class stabilized, strengthened, enlivened, and nurtured.

YIN YOGA

60 minutes
all levels welcome. beginner friendly.

Allow your connective tissues the opportunity to stretch and release. Yin yoga poses use little muscular exertion and each pose is held for several minutes, with or without the use of props. The teacher will guide you through your practice, while allowing ample time of silence and stillness. Our students leave feeling calm, relaxed, and grounded, with a cultivated awareness.

YF H.I.I.T.
HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

45 minutes
all levels welcome.

A slightly heated (80°) 45 minute class designed for all levels, Yoga HIIT is high-intensity interval training (HIIT) using plyometrics and yoga postures. HIIT training has been scientifically proven to burn maximum fat while building lean muscle mass due to its effect on EPOC – Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption also referred to as "afterburn".

YF L.I.I.T.
LOW INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

45 minutes
all levels welcome.

A slightly heated (85°) 45 minute class designed for all levels. Resistance based movements designed specifically to lift and shape your body, while toning and strengthening. Loops and weights are utilized to challenge the body through all planes of motion, in intervals with students moving through static yoga poses to release the muscle group targeted. Our students leave class feeling strong and invigorated!
