I have been practicing yoga since 2005 when lifting weights and running on the treadmill just wouldn't help me feel the elevation I was hoping for from my workout. I immediately understood how yoga could help me mentally and physically, but even after many years of practice, I am still surprised by the ongoing benefits.
I love teaching and seeing the students change; both physically and emotionally. It is truly an honor to walk into the yoga rooms and lead class each and every day.
