I've been practicing since 2013. Chronic pain brought me to the 26/2 practice and it's really helped me manage my pain. I am stronger and fitter than I ever imagined I could be at this time in my life.  I have such faith in this yoga I thought it was important to become a teacher and share the power of a regular practice.  I want people to see that you're never too old to get started (I started at 52) and that everyone can find therapeutic benefit in the hot room.
