I started playing the piano when I was 5 years old and experiencing back pain when I was a teenager. Luckily, I attended my first yoga class in 2006 and have been practicing almost every day since! Practicing yoga has improved my concentration, awareness and overall physical health. I love teaching Bikram Method yoga and enjoy seeing what it brings to our students in every class.
