After my third child I begrudgingly went back to the gym and fell into the same boring repetitive work out I'd been doing for decades. During this time a friend told me about hot yoga, so a few months later I gathered the courage to try it out. As soon as I stepped on my mat it was love at first asana. I knew this was it! It helped me with my lifelong spine issues and poor posture while gaining mobility in my body like when I was a kid. Even better were the internal benefits I began to notice. I was able to find freedom from some heavy medication I'd been on and focus on a healthier life style. It really is a life changing practice. I love being able to share the love and watch all types of positive changes occur in my students.
