I served in the National Guard for 7 years and have taught Tae Kwon Do for over 13 years. My first experience with yoga was going sun salutations with my wife in the park after a run. Now, I love the way my body feels after each yoga class and the physical challenge each pose presents. I also appreciate the emotional effects that regular practice brings: if I have had a hard day, or I feel anxious or upset, I always feel better after practicing. I enjoy the community and support from my yoga family. I look forward to learning and growing with each of you.
