OUTSTANDING Instructors and a very nice space. EVERY ONE of their instructors is a thorough Professional, yet always friendly and approachable (esp. for those who are new to Yoga). They also offer an extensive, varied schedule of classes to challenge even those who've been practicing for decades and/or who are looking for a serious butt-kicking, hi-energy workout. Can't say enough how fortunate we (greater Annapolis area) are to have this studio in town!
