KIDS CLUB POLICIES & REGISTRATION
(AGES 8 WEEKS TO 10 YEARS)
Register:
To register your child for Kids Club, you’ll first need to add them as a family member to your account.
1. Add your child to your account
In the Yoga Factory app, go to:
Profile → Edit → Manage Account Info
This will take you to Mindbody. Log in using the same name and password you use for the Yoga Factory app.
Scroll down and select Add Family Member, then enter your child’s information.
2. Book your child’s class
Once your child has been added to your account, return to the Yoga Factory app.
When booking a Kids Club class, change “Booking For” to your child’s name.
You can also:
Go to Profile and tap the down arrow next to your name at the top of the screen to toggle to your child’s profile.
3. Complete your child’s profile and payment
Once you’ve selected your child, the app will prompt you to complete their profile and choose your preferred payment method.
Once that’s complete, you’re all set to book Kids Club classes!
POLICIES

Parent/caregiver MUST remain ON-SITE while child(ren) is participating in Kids Club.

Please put your children’s shoes in the shoe cubbies by the front door and have your child use the restroom before joining the Kids Club area.

Labeled food & drink are permitted. No nuts allowed.

To keep everyone healthy and safe, we ask that you do NOT bring your child if they are sick, have had a fever (and not on a fever reducing medication) within the last 24 hours, or have had any recent exposure to a contagious illness.

You may drop your child off up to 10 minutes before class in the Kids Club room. Please pick your child up from the Kids Club area within 10 minutes of class ending.

Your child’s maximum stay in the Kids Club is 2 hours.

If your child displays repeated behavioral concerns (biting, hitting, hair pulling, etc.), you will be asked to leave your child at home. We know that situations arise and we will always let parents know if there are any concerns/incidents.

We want your Kids Club experience to be worry free and will do our best to keep your children happy. However, if your child is inconsolable, we will come and get you.

There are NO refunds (including for “no shows”).
