I had dabbled in yoga as a young adult at classes at the gym. Right before my 25th Birthday one of my colleagues mentioned hot yoga and how much of a great workout it was. I went to my first class hoping to lose some weight before my birthday and it was love at first sweat. I was hooked and went to teacher training 2 years later. In the almost 11 years of teaching my life has changed. I got married, changed careers, and had 3 children. Through all my life changes my yoga mat has always been my constant- my happy place that provides me calm and peace among any chaos that comes my way. It is a privilege leading others in this amazing practice and getting to be a part of the wonderful community that the studio has created.
