Hannah Schied

Hannah Schied first got into Yoga during her time in college at Penn State as a way to stay
active while getting some sort of relaxation, and soon found herself enrolled in a class to
become an on-campus fitness instructor. She got her ACE Group Fitness Instructor certification
and for the next three years following her freshman year, taught a wide variety of classes such
as Cycling, HIIT, Pilates and Yoga.
As soon as she graduated, she decided to take training for a 200hr RYT Vinyasa Certification
with Phil, Katy and Heather Osborne. She finished her official training in April 2021 and
considers this to definitely one of the best decisions of her life. She enjoys crafting creative and
challenging classes and sharing everything that Yoga has to offer with the community around
her.
