I have always found myself drawn towards fields of health and wellness. After studying health sciences, I turned fully to yoga. My first training was Original Hot 26 & 2 Yoga Teacher Training in the spring of 2013. It challenged me physically and emotionally, beyond what I anticipated. But the fire and desire for more was fueled, and since then I have delved into other styles, finding balance in the spiritual and physical ranges that they provide. Yoga has brought me so much closer to myself and to others. Nothing brings me greater joy than sharing time, energy, and practice with students, and learning just as much from them as well. Outside of class, I spend my time with integrative nutrition, edible creations, soaking up the sun, planning road trips and adventures with the people I love, and hanging out with my favorite fur-baby, kitty Kale.
