Liz Scollan stumbled into her first yoga class in 2006 as a means to relieve a stressful work life. She left that first class amazed at how much more integrated she felt in her body and the world. She has been practicing ever since. Elizabeth completed her 200 hour training in 2011 with Kim Manfredi at Charm City Yoga. She has continued to study, yoga and many other movement and meditation modalities, which she integrates into all her classes. Her classes are challenging, creatively sequenced, and prepare you to work toward unique poses, with the help of props and options along the way. She is currently working on her 300 Hour YTT through Yoga Medicine led by Tiffany Cruikshanks.
